This is not the first time for me to make bentos, since I'm such a lover of food especially the ones filled with wholesome goodness. However it IS the first time I've presented it in a bento box~! Well whaddya know.

Mushroom & tofu/fish cake inari with coriander garnish
Vietnamese goi (red cabbage, red onion, boiled pork belly, boiled chicken, Vietnamese herbs, cucumber, pickled carrots)
One reason to look forward to lunch...
With long days at uni and working into the late night, I need a reason to look forward to something, in this case my food. I can be an extremely picky eater since I prefer to have healthy, nutrient rich wholesome foods to help feed my body so I can keep going but stay in a light mood.

My mom is very busy with cookies and cake, she has make some chcolate cookies with different jam in them and other things mostly with chocolate. We are all chcolate junks here XD
Preferably these days I look for recipes with raw ingredients, and nothing like store bought this and that especially when I see cake recipes and it's all mainly sugar or made from cake mix. I don't know why they bother posting it up as a recipe. With some sauces its ok...occasionally. Chocolate is good, I'm looking for recipes that use that the darker variety or cacao instead and less refined sugar.
Sadly i don't know cakes without a lot fo sugar...
One type of cake that comes in mind that you might really like would be Vlaai but i believe i alredy told you that
It's a kind of apple-cake but then with other fruit although you can use appels as well and since you love fruit.
